Despite the weathers best attempts our minds have turned to more comforting foods. Here are some lovely homemade meals for you from Caroline’s kitchen this week:

Home baked Gammon Ham thickly sliced, served with Colston Bassett Stilton, fried egg, chips and peas £7.95

8oz British Sirloin Steak –  cooked to your liking served with homemade onion rings, mushrooms, grilled tomato, chips and peas. £11.95.

Beef Hotpot –  beautiful British beef in simple gravy. Topped with new potatoes and a side of seasonal vegetables. £7.95

Homemade Steak & Guinness Pie – steak slowly braised in Guinness until butter tender, creating a delicious Guinness gravy, topped with a puff pastry lid.  Served with your choice of potatoes and peas. £7.95

Homemade Turkey & Ham Pie – Roast Turkey & Ham enveloped in a cheesy cream sauce, topped with a puff pastry lid. Served with your choice of potatoes and peas. £7.95

Caroline’s Fish Pie – Fresh Cod, Salmon and Smoked Haddock gently cooked in a white wine & cheese sauce, topped with mashed potatoes.  Served with seasonal vegetables. £8.95.

Fancy something a little lighter, but not from the bread basket? How about :
