This weeks Specials from Caroline’s Kitchen 16 March

We are busy getting ready for Mother’s Day and Easter here, but it hasn’t stopped me putting some Specials together for you:

-8oz British Sirloin Steak –  cooked to your liking served with homemade onion rings, mushrooms, grilled tomato, chips and peas. £13.95

-Deliciously thick Homemade Soup, either Tomato or Broccoli & Stilton, served with a bread roll. £4.50

-Braised Pork Shank, slow cooked until fall apart tender in a Apple & Cider.  Served with your choice of potatoes and seasonal vegetables. £11.95

-Steak  and Guinness Pie, steak slowly braised in Guinness until butter tender, creating a delicious Guinness gravy, topped with a puff pastry lid.  Served with your choice of potatoes and peas. £9.95

-Baked Gammon Ham and Colston Bassett Stilton, also with a fried egg, chips and peas. £9.95

-Lamb Shank, meltingly tender lamb slow cooked in a rich red wine & rosemary sauce.  Served with your choice of potatoes and seasonal vegetables. £11.95
